Business Profile

Yorkshire Coast Entertainment started life in 2012. Jamie Webber, recognised a gap in the market for a high end entertainment provider in the East Yorkshire region. Having been a DJ for more than 15 years in clubs and bars through out the UK, Jamie took his expertise and knowledge and started Yorkshire Coast Entertainment. With a team of quality entertainers consisting of DJs, Singers and Quiz/Karaoke hosts, Yorkshire Coast Entertainment quickly grew long term relationships with many of the venues in the area, venues that continue to use and recommend them today. In the same year, Jamie joined popular local function band, The Retrofits, as their Sound and Lighting Technician. The band, already popular for elite venues and functions, continues to provide an outstanding entertainment package to customers and in some of the most exclusive venues in the north. Yorkshire Coast Entertainment were also quick to discover new initiatives and were one of the first in the area to offer their customers Digital Video Discos and the latest pub quiz craze, Speedquizzing.

In February 2015, after a growing demand for Yorkshire Coast Entertainments services, Jamie agreed a partnership deal with Jason Stephenson, a long time friend and an already recognisable DJ face from Yorkshire Coast Entertainment. 2015 saw an incredible amount of success both in providing entertainment as well as increasing demand for venues requiring pro sound and lighting installation. In turn, this has allowed Yorkshire Coast Entertainment to invest substantially in new new equipment that is both high end and is miles ahead of any competitors in the area.
