There was such a lovey girl called katie on the reception desk that has been fantastic throughout our stay with hallmark Hull very chatty and friendly she seems like such a credit to the company and it's so nice to have someone like that to greet you when coming into a hotel. We will definitely be staying again in the near future. This hotel is also 100% good value for money. We've had a fab time. ""
