THE TENNYSON BAR - Notorious for it's Sunday Jazz Band Our fully licensed Tennyson Bar is renowned for its friendly atmosphere and nightly entertainment. You can meet friends and mix with the locals while you enjoy our nightly entertainment ranging from quiz nights, live music from top local artistes and a Dixieland Jazz Band every Sunday. Whatever the occassion here at the Mon Fort Hotel we can accommodate your needs. Mon Fort Hotel is able to accommodate private functions at the hotel. For those planning a celebration, we will be happy to discuss arrangements for a range of private functions - business meetings, wedding buffets, funeral teas, engagements, , family reunion parties, wedding anniversaries, etc. with or without accommodation. ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD Our 13 bedrooms all have full private en-suite facilities, colour televisions/radios and complimentary hot drinks trays. Our premier rooms have sea and park views, and are large and airy as they are part of the original vicarage. All rooms are tastefully decorated and newly refurbished. Our rooms are all non-smoking. Rooms are attended daily by staff. Hairdryers and laundry service are available. Breakfast is both serviced or on a help yourself buffet. We are happy to cater for any guests with vegetarian or special diets.
Meals are available from our Bar Menu in the Tennyson Bar where we also serve afternoon tea/coffees, and a range of freshly made sandwiches. Evening meals are available by arrangement and we have a range of excellent local cuisine right on our doorstep.
